ELEUSINE INDICA EXTRACT - NexTrac® GOOSEGRASS W LC

INTRODUCTION

Goosegrass (Eleusine indica (L.) Gaertn.) is a plant species belonging to the Poaceae family, widely distributed across tropical regions, including Vietnam. This plant has been studied for its chemical composition and biological activities, particularly the flavonoids and alkaloids found in its extracts [1].

Some studies have reported that Goosegrass extracts exhibit antibacterial and antioxidant activities under experimental conditions [1, 3]. In addition, research on the preparation and standardization of Goosegrass extracts has contributed to a better understanding of this botanical material [2]. These findings provide a scientific basis for further investigating and evaluating the potential applications of Goosegrass Extract in cosmetic formulations.
